The first picture is a low angle because the subject being Anthony looks bigger and I used my Apple Iphone 6 to take this photo, the camera settings were: F/2.2 , Shutter speed at 1/1001 seconds, and an ISO of 32. The second picture going from left to right is birds eye view because everything was below me and I used my Apple Iphone 6 to take this photo, the camera settings were: F/2.2 , Shutter speed at 1/344 seconds, and an ISO of 32. The third picture is rule of thirds because the subject being Kareem is on one side of the photo in this case he is on the right side and I used my Apple Iphone 6 to take this photo, the camera settings were: F/2.2 , Shutter speed at 1/2825 seconds, and an ISO of 32. The fourth picture , I used my Apple Iphone 6 , the camera settings were: F/2.2 , Shutter speed at 1/233 seconds, and an ISO of 32 and its leading lines because the streets are leading up. The fifth photo was also taken with my iphone 6 with the camera settings being F/2.2, Shutter speed at 1/295 seconds, and the ISO at 32 and its fill the frame because the plant covers the whole photo. The sixth photo once again I used my phone, ISO-32 F/2.2 and Shutter being at 1/1163 seconds, and its framing because Anthony is place between the square. The seventh photo is capture motion because I caught the bird take steps away and I used my Apple Iphone 6 to take this photo, the camera settings were: F/2.2 , Shutter speed at 1/152 seconds, and an ISO of 32. In the eighth photo I actually used an actual camera: Canon EOS REBEL T3 with an F/22 , ISO-800 and Shutter speed, 1/60 seconds and its motion blur because the subject is blurred out when in motion.

Lets not forget dedication. But mostly importantly I chose my friend, Alex because I cannot lie, I put him down from time to time because I wanted this lifestyle but wasn't really good at it. So I stopped skating and began taking pictures of the skater Alex has become.
This should be an inspiration to other skaters or other kids because if you believe in something and want to succeed. Then do it. Don't let anyone tell you different. I chose this photo because I thought it would catch attention. Although Hitler is a terrible for being responsible of many deaths. I DO NOT support nor like him at all I just thought it would be fun to switch faces with someone well known than someone who people didn't even know he exist.
Find a topic: Find something that catches your attention.
Do your research: Check out the general interest, learn the main ideas even small non- factors. Find the "Real story": Determine the angle you want to take your story, as if your main idea creates your unique story. Every dynamic story is built on a set of core values and emotions that touch the heart of its audience: Draw out the audience emotions as a connecting point. Plan out your shots: Be creative and start off with ten shots. Let it evolve on its own: Have an idea and let it bring new ideas on its own If you think something's there, there's likely something there: Predict your shots, be ready. Shot every single thing: shoot tons of photos even ones you know you don't need just in case you actually do need it. Ask for help with image selection: Ask someone who has no personal feelings toward that subject. Tell your story, in fact shout it from the rooftops if you can: Share what you believe, love or movitation. I chose Paul Rodriguez because hes been an inspiration to me since I was young. He in known as a professional skater. Hes sponsored by many brands including Nike. He was in the media for creating the brand call Primitive. Everybody wears his clothing including hats, socks, and shirts. You see it everywhere you go. Which is another reason why I chose Paul Rodriguez. People only know him as a skater but hes also the creator of Primitive. He represents our time period because his clothing evolved the way people dressed.
James Rosenquist's work is based on household items and common things we would see in the everyday life such as lipstick, soup, a car, etc.
Claes Oldenburg's work is based on exaggerated huge sports items or food that would stand out in parks cities or home. Richard Hamilton's work is based on nude couples in a living room with paintings all over and different items among the room. Describe:
I see a black man. A microphone. Theres a white man besides him. The black man is dressed in black and the white man is wearing a hat. Theres also peoples shoulder blocking the way. Analyze: The photo is in black and white. Taken at a low angle. Could be seen as framing because the shoulders make a frame. It was also taken from his left side. Interpret: It looks like the photographer struggle to get this photo. I think parks is trying to express the importance of Martin Luther King Jr. during this time period. Also to see not only the struggle to take the photo but also the struggle between African Americans and civilization. Judge: Overall I think this photo is amazing. althought the shoulders don't give a clear look of whats going on we still focus on Martin Luther King Jr. and then realize whats going on. Then parks blurring out the shoulders gives it a clearer view of MLK Jr. himself. 1. Alter your perspective.
- Change point of view, keep it unique. 2. Play with eye contact. - Make subject focus on something else to show emotion, for example like whats making her or him laugh. - Can also make the subject look at something or someone within the frame. 3. Break rules of composition - Place subject in the dead center. 4. Experiment with lighting - Use different lighting to create mood, backlighting, silhouetting your subject to hide features. 5. Move subject out of comfort zone - Making them do unusual things to give an outstanding photo. 6. Shoot candidly - Don't get him posed get him as if he was doing something. 7. Introducing a prop - Does take away focus on subject but also gives sense of story. 8. Focus upon a body part- get up close - taking a picture on something specific leaves a lot of imagination for the viewer. 9. Obscure part of your subject. - zoom in on a part of a body. 10. Take series of shots - this creates a series of images that can be presented together than just one static photo. |
